  • I'm a beginner who has never made bread, is it okay?

    The instructor will provide solid support to each person, so you can take the course with peace of mind even if it is your first time. Even if you are worried at first, you will surely smile when you leave.

  • How long does it take to bake?

    Since we use Shirakami Kodama yeast, which has strong fermentation power, it takes about 3 and a half hours from the explanation of the process to baking.

  • How do you hold classes during the corona disaster?

    In order for everyone to take the course with peace of mind, each school is thoroughly implementing infection control measures in accordance with the new coronavirus infection prevention measures guidelines.

  • How many people are there?

    Most of the classrooms are small (about 2~4 students), so one of the features of the Sarapan class is that you can answer questions and doubts immediately.

  • What do you bring?

    Aprons, triangular scarves, bandanas, hand towels, writing utensils, etc.

  • Can I cancel my course for unavoidable reasons?

    Yes. Please be sure to contact us by phone or email by 5 p.m. two days in advance.

  • Can I reschedule the class if I cancel?

    Yes. We are flexible in handling transfers, but we may not be able to meet your request, so please contact each school.

  • I'm worried about whether I can keep up with people in the same class.

    Please rest assured that we will provide instruction tailored to each person in a small group size.
    First of all, please take a look at the instructors, students, and the atmosphere of the classroom in the trial lesson.

  • There are days when the main course is not held on the same day, what should I do?

    We will respond flexibly by reassigning to another day of the week or setting it on another day, so please contact us in advance.

  • Can I use a credit card to pay for my tuition?

    Please contact each school.

  • How long does it take to complete all the courses?

    It will be 4 courses from Basic 1 to Master, 5 times each.
    If you go every 3 weeks, it will be about 1 year and 2 months.
    Please contact us as the time schedule for the date is different for each school.

  • Is there an enrollment fee required for each course?

    Nope. Only once when you take the Basic 1 course for the first time, you will be charged the registration and start file fee.

  • Can I open a classroom without taking the instructor certification exam?

    Nope. There are many people who open their own classrooms and bakeries.
    However, if you want to teach using the original recipes of the Sarapan class, you will need to take the teacher certification exam.

  • What can I do if I pass the Instructor Certification Exam?

    You can use the original recipes from the Sarah Pan classroom to teach Basic 1 and Basic 2.
    There are also purchase benefits such as materials.

  • What can I do if I take the Meister course and become a Meister?

    You can take the Meister Course based on your experience as a certified instructor for more than one year or the recommendation of an advanced Meister.
    If you become a Meister, you can teach all the curriculum of the Sarapan Classroom as a Meister-certified school.
