Encounter with Shirakami Kodama yeast

I worked in the construction industry and was indebted to the World Heritage Site of the Shirakami Mountains.
However, I really learned the name of Shirakami Kodama yeast by accident.
I felt the power of nature, and for some reason I was attracted to it.

Why did you choose Sarapan Class?

I've probably always longed to make bread, but it's probably impossible because it seems difficult. I thought.
Recently, I have become particular about the quality of the ingredients, and I happened to know about Shirakami Kodama Yeast bread.
I was somehow attracted to it and researched, and I came across a salafan class where I made subtraction bread.
The way of thinking about bread making and the attitude of the classroom are solid,
If you are a beginner, it will surely be worth learning. I was convinced that I chose it.

What I was glad I went to

I went from afar, but it was well worth it.
Each lesson is easy to understand even for me, a complete beginner, and the finished bread is very delicious every time.
There is no doubt that Sarah's bread is delicious that I made myself, and I feel light even when I eat it.
The friend who gave me the bread also shared the same impression.
I was able to learn from watching other people's bread, and I was able to fully enjoy making bread every time.
As a result of going there, I am really satisfied.
They also responded to the transfer class, and all the students were good people in every lesson, and I was able to participate happily without any anxiety or stress.

Memories and episodes in the classroom

At first, is it enough to experience the basic course? I thought, but after all, the next lesson is also good.
I started to want to do it (laughs).
I felt when the sesame bread was baked and came out of the oven, what a 、、、! This bread is completely different after all.
I will never forget the excitement.
