Lived in Fukushima Prefecture Obtained a lecturer and opened a bakery

I want to eat additive-free freshly baked bread.

I started going to classes because I wanted to make delicious bread without additives and eat it freshly baked.

I also had a dream that I would open a business someday.

They taught me in detail about the "Iroha" of bread making, answered questions carefully, and gave me advice.

I became friends with my classmates and am still looking forward to going there once a month.

This is what real bread is!

I opened my long-awaited bakery last year.

We would like to deliver additive-free, healthy, wheat-scented bread to everyone.
